- Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed the following business day.
- All orders are issued tracking numbers and are insured. We ship USPS priority, express flat rate, or express flat rate Sunday/Holiday guarantee. Priority usually takes 2-3 business days, and express usually takes 1 business day.
- We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
- International
- International orders are subject to addition security verification.

- All international orders are shipped FED EX or USPS express international.
- Please note that delays in customs are increasingly common, and we cannot be responsible for how long these delays may take. You will be responsible for any import taxes or customs fees for your order.

- Returns & Replacements
- All new items may be returned for full refund (minus shipping) within 30 days from the date of the reciept. This includes domestic as well as international orders. For items returned after this date, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number. All returns must be NEW and in UNWORN and UNWASHED condition.
